In response to the International Day for Biological Diversity, Fuyang Eco Park (which has been sponsored by the Foundation and the Society of Wilderness) has specially planned the Fuyang Eco Park Ecology Week. Ecology activities have been planned for May 22 to May 28 to promote the zoning management plan for the park and to conduct park maintenance. The hope is to use this event to help more people understand the threat of foreign species and the importance of biodiversity.
Due to Covid-19 epidemic prevention measures, the opening ceremony and the series of events will be held online. Fuyang Eco Park’s documentary Green Jewel of the City will be premiered on the Fuyang Eco Park Facebook page. Online interactions will also be conducted through social media so that the public can understand the Taipei Eco Park Zoning Management Plan, 7 Guardians of Fuyang Eco Park, and Urban Park Ecology Evaluation. The hope is that the public will care about the different organisms in the parks while enjoying their leisure and relaxation time. We invite you to join the event online for a good time with nature!
